Position Overview:
This dual-role position, under the direction of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and the Athletic Administration, is responsible for:
Assisting the Head Coach in coordinating a safe, enthusiastic, and competitive men’s basketball program.
Recruiting, supervising, and coaching NAIA student-athletes in accordance with Bethany College, Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC), and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) regulations.
Serving as Game Management Assistant for home athletic contests to ensure events are administered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with College values.
Fostering both athletic and academic excellence, retention, and good sportsmanship across the student-athlete experience.
Campus Housing Opportunity: On-campus housing is available for this position at the deeply discounted rate of $100 per month with payroll deduction.
