QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Minimum Education/Experience

• Experience scheduling multiple events in multiple facilities

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

• Knowledge of a wide variety of recreational and competitive athletic programs and activities.

• Knowledge of aquatic facility maintenance and operation, including safety.

• Knowledge of athletic event coordination associated with special event management.

• Knowledge of computer network and programs including Microsoft Office, registration software, email, and web access programs.

• Verbal skills to give instruction and clearly explain policy and procedure and to contribute within diverse meeting formats.

Preferred:

Additional Preferred License/Certification

• Skills managing and operating large aquatic facilities, including program development and coordination, financial management, supervision of personnel, risk management and aquatic facility maintenance and repair.
