Director of Equestrian Operations (ATH PROFL 3 BYA)
Under the general direction of the Sr. Associate Athletics Director with ancillary supervision from the Equestrian Head Coach, responsible for Equestrian team horse care and barn activities, and working with the head coach to develop and monitor overall budget and day-to-day administration of the program. Administrative duties include but not limited to recruiting, travel, meals, and supplies/equipment expenses, including an understanding/application of campus financial operating system and policies. Monitor and work with equestrian coaching staff to ensure compliance with all applicableNCAA, conference and institutional rules. Practice supervision when coaches are traveling.
