Job Description:
BASIC PURPOSE: Assists in the development and management of a comprehensive NCAA Division II athletics program as a member of the athletics management team in line with Assumption University values and vision. Primary responsibilities are to serve as liaison between the University Community, the media and the general public with regards to intercollegiate sports programs in an effort to obtain positive and frequent media coverage of all athletics programs. This is a 20 hour per week, 40 week/year position. Compensation is $12,000 paid hourly per year with free tuition in an Assumption University graduate program for a total of 8 courses per academic year, with a recommended schedule of 3 courses in the fall, 3 in the spring, and 2 in the summer. Tuition Remission does not include fees. Cannot be combined with other positions at the University.
