The Athletics Office Student Worker is responsible for supporting the athletic office in daily office assistant tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible to:

• Assist the athletic office assistant in all duties.
• Answer phone calls when office assistant is not present.
• Assist with department paperwork.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
• File and/or deliver department mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Typical Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the willingness to ask questions when needed.
• Ability to answer and make phone calls in a professional manner while representing Taylor Athletics well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Supplemental Information

• Physical Demands – may be asked to move heavy boxes from time to time.
• Work environment – work is normally performed in a typical interior / office work environment.
