Grays Harbor College is now accepting applications for an Athletic Director. This position is responsible for the overall planning, direction, organization and operation of the Athletic Department and the Brewster Athletic Building. This position is an instrumental part in advancing the mission, vision, values, and priorities of the college and the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC). The position includes supervision of coaches, part-time and full-time classified staff, and student workers. It represents the college in the community to negotiate, establish, and maintain effective working relationships and contracts with regional, state and local agencies. The director provides leadership for the fiscal planning and budget administration to accomplish goals within established budget processes for the programs within the department; and responsibility for working with the Choker Booster Club to lead fundraising efforts for programs. The director complies with all federal (Title IX), state, college and NWAC regulations, policies and codes.

Full-time employees will also receive 15.34 hours of vacation leave per month, 8 hours of sick leave per month and 4 personal leave days a year.
