Job Summary

Athletic Facilities, Events & Pool Operations Manager is an integral part of the athletic staff, assisting in the management of all aspects of facility and event operations. This position will also directly oversee those efforts with regard to select sports as assigned by the Assistant Director of Athletics/Operations, Events, & Championships.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Facility Maintenance
  • Event and Crowd Management
  • Student worker budget/scheduling
  • Venue set-up and breakdown
  • Coordination of visiting teams and officials
  • Implementing emergency plans and procedures
  • Overseeing all outside athletic events with exception of ice rink rentals
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of conference and NCAA championships
  • Maintain all functions of the Hart Center Pool under the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director - Facilities & Arena Operation
