Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Associate Athletic Director for Annual Fund, this position will support various activities to increase philanthropic support to Georgia Southern University from alumni, faculty, staff, parents, students, and/or friends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining complete, accurate and up to date donor lists and data
• Coordinate activities and communications that steward donors to promote giving
• Provide general support to Athletic Foundation staff in planning and executing events and activities
• Assist with data collection and donor acquisition efforts
• Ensure the Foundation's brand and overall marketing and communications strategy is used consistently and effectively through all assigned fundraising appeals

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

• Zero (0) to one (1) years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in higher education or nonprofit organizations
• Comfort with public speaking

Proposed Salary

$19.15 - $21.59 per hour

_ This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis. _
