Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some weekends and after hour events
Job Summary: The Athletic Hospitality Manager provides effective management of the premium seating and hospitality areas for home sporting events. Creates communication plan for premium seat donors of assigned areas. Establishes and maintains positive relations with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences including donors and seat holders, gameday staff, vendors, and university administration.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher and some customer service, development, or communications experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sport Management, or related field.
