The purpose of this position is to serve as the primary Game Operations coordinator and Gameday Admin and assist in the daily operations of the athletic department, including administrative assistance, compliance, marketing, facilities, and game operations.
Essential Job Duties are intended to be examples of duties and are not intended to be all inclusive. There will be other duties as assigned. The individual holding this position will serve as a representative of the University and, as such, shall promote a positive impression by demonstrating a collegial and professional customer-service approach at all times.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations;Computer skills;Customer service skills;Strong computer skills and the ability to balance multiple projects.Strong organization skills and the ability to perform accurate and detailed work.Ability to work in a high pressure environment and act with integrity and discretion as the candidate will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
The educational requirement for this position is: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).Education substituted for experience? NoThis position requires: 1 year of related experience in collegiate athletics or 1-plus years of related experience with other athletic organizations.Experience substituted for education? No.
