As the landscape of college athletics continues to evolve, creative execution has become a critical driver of brand strength, fan engagement, recruiting, and revenue opportunities. The Senior Creative Director plays a central role in shaping how UK Athletics shows visually across all platforms. Working closely with the UK Athletics Marketing and Communications team, this role translates strategy into compelling visual storytelling across print, digital, social, and web environments. The Senior Creative Director is expected to lead a team of creative professionals while also setting the creative bar through hands-on art direction and execution. The Senior Creative Director will oversee Creative Services budget which includes print production, vendor costs, project management tools and monitors expenditures throughout the fiscal year. Senior Creative Director ensures brand integrity, elevates creative quality and delivers high-impact work in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and deadline-driven athletics environment.
