Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office.
Act as a steward between
UCM
ticket holders and the department.
Maintain digital ticketing
CRM
system.
Collaborate with the Alumni Foundation and Assistant Athletic Director for Development on the Cardinal and Black fund.
Collaborate with Taymar U ticket sales and sponsorship representatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Other - Database management
One (1) year of experience working in a ticket office environment in
professional or college sports required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with ticketing software preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Some budgeting and bookkeeping experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and make decisions.
