Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Operations, this position will administer the evaluation and treatment of sport related injuries. This is a day-to-day position, and will provide athletic training services for all student-athletes within the Athletics Department. The Athletics Trainer assists with customized individual training programs and the prevention and care of sports related injuries. The AT coordinates all insurance and record keeping for physicals and treatment plans, interacts professionally with all internal and external customers and uses strong interpersonal skills.

MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelorâs Degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field. NATA certification required.
Preferred Qualifications: Masterâs degree in Athletic training, Kinesiology or related field. Knowledge of and commitment to NAIA / NCAA rules.
Special Requirements: CPR/First Aid Certification, possession of a valid driverâs license and the ability to drive University vehicles.
