What you’ll do
The ideal candidates bring strong technical, time‑management, communication, and problem‑solving skills. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be able to work flexible schedules that include regular evenings and weekends, and participate in overnight travel with team(s). A demonstrated commitment to multiculturalism and to supporting a diverse student body is essential.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience providing medical services within intercollegiate wrestling or USA Wrestling programs.
Experience delivering comprehensive rehabilitation and reconditioning for athletic injuries, including post-surgical cases.
Experience utilizing performance technologies specific to injury-risk mitigation and return-to-play processes.
Experience in the care and coordination of RED’s risk mitigation and management.
Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Experience supervising and mentoring athletic training students in clinical settings.
