Help coordinate the care, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of athletic injuries for student-athletes.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the coordination of the MSMC Athletic Training and Sports Medicine department.
Help coordinate the care, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of athletic injuries for student-athletes.
Help provide athletic training coverage for practices and competitions.
Assist with the collection of complete, accurate and detailed medical records through SportsWare and work with secondary insurance company as required.
Maintain NATA certification (paid for annually by MSMC) and New York State licensure through CEUs.
The successful candidate will ensure a culture of compliance with all NCAA Division III, Skyline Conference and Mount Saint Mary College rules and regulations and ensure all staff members and student-athletes comply with the same.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and/or Associate Athletic Director/Senior Woman Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree (required) in athletic training or related field.
1-3 years experiences working in collegiate or high school athletics.
BOC Certification, New York State licensure or eligibility, AED/CPR Certification.
Experience working with SportsWare or similar athletic training program.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated flexibility and professionalism, with a high standard of personal conduct and integrity.
