Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ATC in providing care and preventive measures to student-athletes.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of athletic training equipment and supplies for practices and games.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the athletic training room.
• Assist with the inventory and restocking of athletic training supplies.
• Support the ATC in conducting rehabilitation exercises and treatment protocols under supervision.
• Record and manage athlete treatment logs and injury reports under the direction of the ATC.
• Provide assistance during game days, including pre-game preparation and post-game care.
• Assist in the implementation of health and wellness programs for student-athletes.

Requirements

• Current enrollment as a student at the college that is approved for work-study/program through Financial Aid.
• Interest in athletic training, sports medicine, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of sports and enthusiasm for college athletics.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on sports schedule.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (certification preferred but not required).
