Maintains communication and a cooperative relationship with coaches, administrators, parents and student-athletes.
15% - Essential - Performance Team Collaboration: Collaborates with performance staff to ensure student-athletes are receiving the necessary medical care and assist student-athlete to meet their performance goal. Effective communication, collaboration with strength & conditioning coaches, nutritionist, mental health and performance. Utilize information to best support student-athletes.
