Monitors academic eligibility to compete in athletic events. Travels with a designated team.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of academic advising, student success, or student athlete academic support experience; OR master's degree and some academic advising, student success, or student athlete academic support experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work study hall at least one (1) night per week. Ability to work weekends as necessary.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers, including Word processing.
Preferred Qualifications: Academic advising and/or higher education administration experience. Division I experience. Familiarity with student information systems (Banner, etc.). Knowledge of NCAA/SEC rules and regulations.
