Position Summary
Assist and support the development of an infrastructure for a women’s basketball recruitment and retention plan directed at solidifying a championship roster of quality student-athletes. Assist with the cultivation of a recruiting plan to support the university’s strategic plan as directed by the head coach and recruiting coordinator. The assistant coach has considerable secondary responsibility in successfully developing a championship roster of quality student-athletes that will represent the university in a positive way in the community while supporting and encouraging a community outreach attitude, advancing the university's strategic plan. Assist and support the development of all our student-athletes to reach their potential academically, athletically, and socially.

Nights and weekends are required. Must have fundamental athletic skills to teach and supervise.
