DUTIES:
Greets visitors and customers and notifies department/office staff of arrivals. Assists visitors and customers with general questions such as who to contact, office hours, etc. Operates and manages multi-line telephone. Regularly checking voicemails and relaying messages to staff members accordingly. Provides customer service to clients, customers and donors
Performs general data entry. Distributes correspondence and information to appropriate persons in the office/department. Sorts, labels,and distributes the office packages.
Stocks supplies and keeps office inventory. Signs for packages and receives mail. Keeps the front office area and any public areas in neat and orderly condition.

Manages parking permits and keeps log book in order
Performs other related clerical duties as required or deemed necessary by HR staff
QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma. Telephone skills and basic computer skills such as working knowledge of how to use Outlook,Word TEAMS are required
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in an office environment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
