| Job Description Summary |
Athletics Camp Counselors for upcoming intercollegiate sports camps. This role is vital in providing a safe, positive, and skill-building environment for youth athletes. You will work closely with coaching staff to facilitate daily operations, manage camper safety, and represent the values of the Chapman Panthers.

| Responsibilities |
- Instructional Support: Assist head and assistant coaches with the execution of drills, scrimmages, and skill-development stations.
- Camper Supervision: Maintain active supervision of campers (typically ages 6–18) during check-in/check-out, lunch breaks, and transitions between facilities.
- Logistics & Setup: Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of athletic equipment and hydration stations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all University and NCAA safety protocols are met, including monitoring for heat-related illness and ensuring campers remain in designated areas.
- Mentorship: Serve as a positive role model, fostering sportsmanship and teamwork among participants.
