Staff Full Time
The Athletics Compliance Coordinator is a key role within the Intercollegiate Athletics Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations governing collegiate athletics. The successful candidate will work closely with student-athletes, coaches, and staff to maintain the highest standards of integrity and adherence to
NCAA
and conference rules.

*participate on university committees;

*(Compliance Oversight) monitor and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations;

*stay abreast of changes in NCAA legislation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders;

*conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance in various areas, including recruiting, eligibility, and financial aid;

*(Educational Programs) develop and implement educational programs for student-athletes, coaches, and staff to promote awareness of compliance regulations;

*conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and adherence to rules;

*(Eligibility Certification) coordinate the certification process for student-athlete eligibility;
|

*work closely with academic advisors and registrars to ensure accurate reporting of academic progress;
|

*assist with the preparation of eligibility waivers and appeals when necessary;
|

*(Recruiting Compliance) monitor and oversee the recruiting process to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations; provide guidance to coaches and staff regarding permissible recruiting activities;

*maintain documentation related to recruiting activities and official visits;

*(Reporting and Documentation) prepare and submit required reports to the NCAA and conference offices;
|
| Job Duty |
*maintain accurate and organized records related to compliance activities; assist in the preparation of self-reporting documents in the event of rule violations.

*complete required institutional and program accreditation reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the university and
