Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

Skill in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external constituents.

Knowledge of donor software and fundraising reporting.

Demonstrated effective communication skills.

Ability to plan and coordinate special events.

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with additional consideration for Master’s degree.

Three years of relevant experience.

Job Description

Responsible for securing philanthropic and other financial resources to support the mission of Texas State Athletics.

Job Duties

This position will manage a portfolio and is responsible for:

The cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual, major gifts, endowments, and capital gifts.

Lead strategy development to enhance scholarship support, both endowed and current use.

Assist with creating and implementing programming to increase support of the Bobcat Club.

Assist with the solicitation of premium and priority seating.

Assist in athletic event management and gameday hospitality.

Perform other duties as assigned.
