| Position Specific Responsibilities |
Are you ready to take the lead in our athletics programs branding and equipment performance? We’re seeking an exceptional individual for this pivotal role ensuring our athletes are always geared up for success. Understanding the significance of well-maintained gear and uniforms for athletes is key. Your attention to detail ensures no jersey is out of place and no athlete is left unprepared. You’ll be responsible for ordering, tracking, and maintaining a meticulous inventory system. Managing vendor relationships should be natural for you, meaning you know how to get the best out of partnerships. You’re a cost-conscious steward who knows how to balance the budget & in this role. | Summary of Responsibilities |
Oversees daily operations of athletic equipment and inventory maintenance, logistics and services. Oversees the department’s visual identity and reinforces consistent application with partners and third-party vendors for signage and apparel.

| Essential Functions |
Leads equipment and uniform maintenance, sanitation, and logistics. Oversees storeroom supply and equipment access and services.
Orders, maintains and coordinates uniform and equipment inventory and services for multiple athletic programs.
Manages equipment and uniform vendor contracts and online platforms to ensure quality service and delivery of inventory.
Ensures operation expenses meet budget parameters. Recommends budget changes as needed.
Oversees staff hiring, training and evaluations and ensures department meets service goals and objectives.
