Job Description:

Summary: 

The Department of Athletics Equipment seeks equipment room student workers. This position works under general supervision of the Athletics Equipment Staff. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Laundering all team laundry that is brought down during that scheduled shift.

• Folding clothes/towels and hanging uniforms.

• Assisting in moving boxes and equipment.

• Other administrative duties or projects as assigned.

Salary Range:

• $17.50 per hour.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-Time.

• 10 hours per week.

• Must be able to consistently show up on time to agreed upon shifts, or find replacement if unavailable to work.

Required Education and Experience: 

• Current degree seeking AU student. 

• Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Reliable, with good communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience: 

• Knowledge of athletics is helpful but not required.

Additional Information: 

• Students with a Federal Work Study award are highly encouraged to apply.
