This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining recruiting board alignment across systems, updating transcript tracking documents, assisting with visit report organization and accuracy, communicating with vendors and restaurants, and serving as a primary host for recruits and families during campus visits.

This role supports the planning and execution of defensive unofficial visits by coordinating itineraries, logistics, and on-campus visit operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining recruiting board alignment across systems, updating transcript tracking documents, assisting with visit report organization and accuracy, communicating with vendors and restaurants, and serving as a primary host for recruits and families during campus visits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for aligning Scout with ARMS based on NextGen Recruiting board
• Weekly update of transcript google doc based on NextGen
• Assist with all On-Campus Event Logistics
• Assist as primary host for recruits and families during on-campus visits
• Vendor communication: caterer, rentals, etc.
• Restaurant reservations
• Mange Visit report tracking and organization
• Gather Unofficial Visit form + itinerary and organize for students to enter visit reports
• Check to make sure visit reports were completed and done correctly in ARMS and Scout
