Men's Basketball Strength and Conditioning

Job Summary:

Assist the Men’s Head Basketball Strength Coach in creating a championship strength and conditioning training environment and culture for men’s basketball. Assist the Head Basketball S&C Coach with all things pertaining to strength and conditioning. Attend all weight training sessions, practices, and games. Assist with the set-up and clean-up of all workouts. strength, power, and speed indices of the athlete. Energetic and enthusiastic during all group and team activities.

Job Description:

  • Assist the Basketball Strength Coach with the implementation of sport-specific, evidence-based protocols to enhance the fitness, strength, power, and speed indices of the athlete. 
  • Energetic and enthusiastic during all group and team activities. 
  • Assist coaches in the recruiting process. •Collaborate with the Athletic Trainer and Dietitian regarding injury reduction and rehabilitation plans.
