Job Description
Basic Functions: To advance the mission and values of the OU Athletics Department by gaining experience in sports marketing, advertising, event planning and production and community relations. This position is designed for any college student who has a serious interest and passion for the sports industry and is seeking an introductory experience to expose them for the first time to the field of sports marketing. Individuals in this position will be given exposure to nearly all sports that OU Athletics supports, developing basic knowledge with what is included under the umbrella of athletics marketing. The OU Athletics Summer Marketing Internship is an introductory and educational experience.
