Athletics Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Position Summary 

The Athletics Operations & Compliance Coordinator serves as the primary administrative support professional for the Athletic Director while overseeing institutional compliance with NAIA reporting requirements. This position coordinates athletic department operations, eligibility certification, policy implementation, and special projects while assisting coaches with administrative functions.  

Essential Responsibilities  

NAIA Compliance  

  • Coordinate all NAIA eligibility certification through PlayNAIA.
  • Maintain compliance records for all athletic programs. 
  • Monitor transfer eligibility requirements. 
  • Ensure institutional compliance with NAIA bylaws and conference regulations. 
  • Prepare documentation for NAIA audits and reviews.
