| Job Summary/Basic Function |
Assist the Strength and Conditioning Coaches with the training of 16 Division-1 teams. Assist in the day-to-day and long term operation of the strength and conditioning facilities in the stadium and fieldhouse. Direct and implement the strength and conditioning program for 2-3 assigned teams.

| Required Qualifications |
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years in Collegiate Strength & Conditioning (preferably working with basketball)
CSCS or SCCC Certification, CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
Ability to communicate effectively with both large and small groups. Strong interpersonal communication abilities with fellow strength and conditioning coaches and sport coaches. Experience with effective strength and conditioning programming.
