This position will assist the Athletics Business office with human resources, financial processing, records, and reconciliation.
These tasks include:
-Payroll- input hours for extra help and student employees as needed
-Prepare onboarding/welcome documents for new athletic department hires
-Update internal personnel documents in Excel & Adobe
- Assist the Sr. Associate Athletic Director with special projects as needed
- Print/file documents for employee personnel files
- Assist Business office staff with processing expense reports, travel reimbursements, and reconciliation
-Serve as receptionist/representative to public, faculty, staff, coaches, by face-to-face contact and email. Direct visitors and emails to relevant staff. Assist with accurate directions, taking and relaying messages, and maintaining records.
-Other duties as assigned
-As part of your responsibilities, you will follow the regulations and guidelines of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference or the Missouri Valley Football Conference, the Athletics Department and Illinois State University.

$14.00/hour
Flexible around class schedules. Will work a total of 15-20 hours per week. Preferred availability: Monday-Thursday 8-4:30.
