- Has at least one year of customer service experience.
- Has at least one year of cash handling experience.
- Ability to work on a computer.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.

- Previous experience working in athletics.
- Previous experience working in ticketing.
- Familiar with operating Ticketmaster from a seller standpoint.
