The
BSU
Wrestling Coordinator will be an important part of the team and our success. The following characteristics are expected: self-motivation, leadership, organizational, loyalty, reliability, patience, high moral standards, and pride. This person should have a passion for the athletics and want to be involved in a non-playing capacity. The Bears team manager needs to be in attendance at all team events.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Paperwork
Stats
Reporting stats to appropriate people
Taking video during practice
Taking video on game days
Helping with drills during practice
Keeping score during practice
Time drills
Preferred Qualifications
Good oral and written communications skills;
Ability to work nights/weekends as team schedule requires.
Knowledge of sport a plus.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with appropriate accommodations if needed.
