Job Description
The Baseball Director of Player Personnel & Developmentwill have the responsibility of assisting the Head Coach with administration, recruiting, and on-the-field development of this NCAA Division I baseball program.
This position will aid the coaching staff in practice planning, compiling scouting reports, and assist in setting up the facility for daily practice. Will work extensively in data collection and analysis to help improve program’s development.
Maintain, develop, and oversee all video work done in conjunction with our program to include practices, games, individual sessions, and weight room areas.
Assists in recruiting activities including official visits, junior days, hosting prospects and parents, updating recruiting boards, and providing daily recruiting updates. Assists in baseball daily operations management including coordination of camps and clinics, practice officials, and game operations and travel.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Ability to communicate with a large and diverse population required. Knowledge of sport desired. May require a criminal background check.
