This role is crucial for ensuring punctual and reliable transportation, adhering to strict flight schedules, and maintaining the Athletic People Mover Vehicle after each trip. The position requires a strong focus on safety, responsibility, and timeliness, providing athletes with dependable transportation that supports their travel needs while upholding the university's standards of care and professionalism.
Transporting Athletic Teams to and from the SLC or Provo Airport or other local destination.
Maintaining the Athletic People Mover after each trip (gas, cleaning and repairs). Address other issues arising on vehicle when necessary.
Keeping accurate record of scheduled trips. Being punctual in picking up teams to ensure ample time to make scheduled flights.
Graduated with a standard high school degree or the equivalent AND 2 years experience related to key roles and responsibilities. MUST have a class B-CDL License with Passenger Endorsement
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanical functions.
Skilled in driving and maintaining a clean and well-running vehicle.
Ability to drive large passenger vehicles safely and effectively.
Ability to be punctual and professional in dress and demeanor.
