Job Summary

Provide leadership for overall coordination of Concur activity for auditing and approving individual travel, recruiting, and Sport Team travel. Responsible for training staff on Concur and establishing QRG’s for the Athletics Department. Responsible for the majority of Vendor Invoice processing in SAP for Athletics. Oversees activity related to departmental travel cards, University credit cards, and PRF credit cards including reconciling and resolving discrepancies. Main point of contact for all Athletics departmental checkout credit cards as well as main contact for questions about monthly Facility Budget worksheets.

Required:

• High school diploma/GED
• 4 years of office experience
• Personal computer and related software skills that include: word processing, spreadsheet, data entry, data query, Outlook (including e-mail and calendaring), Internet, etc., necessary.
• Excellent phone etiquette, basic math and ‎oral/written communication skills are necessary.
• Must be able to meet deadlines, pay close attention to detail and work with frequent ‎interruptions.
• Customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Knowledge of University accounting and procurement procedures is desirable.
• Must adhere to and comply with Purdue University, Big Ten Conference, and the NCAA applicable rules policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Preferred:

• University Account Clerk experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Concur
