BYU Football Director of On-Campus Recruiting

Job Summary

The Director of On-Campus Recruiting reports to the Director of Player Personnel. This position oversees and manages the on-campus recruiting activities for the football program. This includes several key recruiting processes including designing, organizing, and managing the on-campus recruiting (official and unofficial visits) and game day experience and strategies for all prospective student athletes. Additionally, the position assists with the transition to college life as incoming athletes come to campus to join the team.
