Reports to the Associate Athletics Director for Event Operations, this position manages all indoor and outdoor tennis operations for non-athletics events including identifying revenue opportunities, execution of non-athletics events (tournaments, exhibitions, etc.), facility maintenance and assistance with athletics-related events on an occasional basis.

Job Duties
| Job Duty |
Serve as primary point of contact for use of indoor and outdoor tennis center by outside groups. Identify revenue opportunities at tennis facilities through the solicitation of outside user groups (in collaboration with athletics department administration). Includes oversight of the facility rental process for outside users, contract administration as well as ensuring appropriate internal entities are notified. Ensure that terms of contract are met and coordinate with business office to enable appropriate facility use billing. Work collaboratively with appropriate entities to ensure non-athletics tennis center events operate safely and efficiently. Formulate and update tennis center operations manuals and guidelines for facility use.
