Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Makai Campus Coordinator, the Clarence T.C. Ching Complex Manager will manage the day to day operations and maintenance program for the Clarence T.C. Ching Complex. Also, will manage in the coordination and management of the Ching Complex.
Performs other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited four year college or University
One (1) year experience with athletic facilities/games management
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team leaders and members, and individuals.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays as required.
Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
Or equivalent combination of education/and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
