Minimum Starting Pay: $25.00/hour (no night differential or overtime pay). Pay commensurate with experience and certification.
Work Schedule : Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule will very depending on events scheduled at the University of Hawaii Athletic venues.
Other Conditions: Maximum hours allowed per week is 19.75. All positions require successful completion of a background check.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the First Aid Station at assigned facility at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa Athletics Department Makai Campus. Facilities include Stan Sheriff Center, Les Murakami Stadium, T.C. Ching Complex, Wahine Softball Stadium and other athletic facilities.
Other duties as directed. Minimum Qualifications:
State of Hawai‘i Licensed Registered Nurse, or State of Hawai‘i Licensed Practical Nurse, or State of Hawai‘i Licensed Emergency Medical Technician
Proof of a current CPR/AED Certification
Proof of current First Aid Certification Recommended but Not Required: Selected candidate should consider purchasing and/or maintaining their own professional liability policy in the event they are sued or held liable in a personal capacity.
