Other Conditions:  Position is a temporary casual hire position and offers no benefits, hours not to exceed 19.75 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Under the direction of the Game Day Manager or designee, the Game Day Assistant has the responsibility with assisting with various duties and responsibilities as needed but not limited to equipment set-up and breakdown, locker room management ensuring safety and cleanliness, assist with marketing activities including set-up and breakdown, game day coordination, greeters, runner for statistics and information, photography, obtaining quotes from various personnel and other duties and responsibilities directed. 
• Must be able to work weekday, weekends, holidays and nights when needed as many events are scheduled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 
• Know, recognize, and comply with the laws, policies, rules, and regulations governing the University of Hawaii and its employees, and the rules of the NCAA and affiliated conferences as now constituted or as may be amended in the future. Immediately advises the Director of Athletics or designee if you have reasonable cause to believe violations, whether by employees or students, have occurred or will occur. 

• Other duties as directed. Minimum Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team leaders and members, and individuals.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
