Job Description Summary
Provide support as directed by designated supervisor.
The In-Arena Host position serves to fill a role during Club Sport home events. This position is responsible for being the voice for the Club Sports Marketing department by executing promotions that take place during Media Timeouts and Intermissions. They are to pay close attention to games for timing purposes to know when to execute a promotion and should have a joyful personality as they interact with fans. They are to follow a script during the event and be prepared to execute a promotion at the appropriate time. This position reports to the Promotions & Fan Experience Assistant for Club Sports.
The In-Arena Host is responsible for preparing and running all of the promotional elements that are planned for each game. This includes preparing any props and prizes that will be needed for each promotion, selecting contestants for each promotion and fan experience event, and being comfortable with clearly speaking into a microphone to a large audience.
