COLLEGE OF ALLIED HEALTH. The Harding University College of Allied Health is seeking applicants for a full-time 12-month faculty position as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position reports to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to working with sport coaches to design, implement and supervise sport-specific programs for strength, speed and conditioning as well as assisting with daily operations of strength and conditioning facilities.
Qualified candidates must hold or be willing to work towards a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field. Current certification through NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC) is required. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in a collegiate or comparable strength and conditioning setting.
