| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Sports Management or related business or higher education fields or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Previous experience in NCAA Athletics compliance or intercollegiate athletics related functions.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, oral, writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to work non-standard and non-traditional hours.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.

- One years’ experience working in intercollegiate athletics compliance.
- Former student-athlete.
- Experience in high school or collegiate athletics administration.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner and experience with NCAA compliance software (ARMS).

| Position Purpose |
To assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, who reports to the General Counsel, in the coordination of athletic rules and NCAA compliance for Oakland University intercollegiate athletics. All duties must be performed in a manner consistent with NCAA, conference and Oakland University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
