The University of Oregon Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will provide an outstanding collegiate experience to our student-athletes while enabling them to pursue excellence in the classroom, the community, and their lives while competing at the highest level in their chosen sport.
This position is to support the Director of Food and Beverage, the General Manager of Concessions, and the Concessions and Catering Manager with clerical assistance and exclusive control of the non-profit organizations that volunteer for the Concessions Department. Oversee all office activities in the Moshofsky Center and Matthew Knight Arena. Supervise part-time workers and students to assist with office duties.
• Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
OR
• An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology;
OR
• Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience.
College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations.
• Concessions experience.
• Experience working with Clover Sport (bypass POS system).
• Experience doing payroll for staff through the Kronos timekeeping system.
• Familiar with Adobe.
