Job Summary:

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily football operations, including practice schedules, team meetings, and use of facilities in collaboration with coaches and athletics operations staff.
• Plan and manage team travel (transportation, lodging, meals, itineraries) for home and away contests, ensuring timely communication of details to staff and student‑athletes.
• Assist with the planning and execution of football camps, clinics, and special events, including registration logistics, facility setup, and staff coordination.
• All other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

The Coordinator of Operations oversees and executes operational functions for Ole Miss Football, including team travel, practice and game logistics, recruiting support, and administrative coordination. The position serves as a primary liaison between the football staff and internal departments (compliance, academics, equipment, facilities, business office) to ensure that all activities are well planned, properly documented, and aligned with departmental, SEC and NCAA requirements.
