Supports the Clemson Football Chief of Staff, the Director of Football Administration, and the Director of Football Office Operations in various administrative and logistical capacities, both internally and externally, with responsibilities to include but not limited to administrative support for all aspects of football administration, communications, and operations management; liaisoning and support for facilities operations and management; administrative support for staff hiring, management, development and oversight; liaisoning and logistical support for external professional constituencies, such as NFL and high school football personnel; and other duties as assigned.
40% - Essential - Administrative and Logistical Support: Under the direction of Football Chief of Staff, coordinate with Director of Football Administration and Director of Football Office Operations to support budgetary oversight and organization, daily document organization, document flow, authorizations, etc.; travel arrangements and reimbursements; and internal and external communications, including management of Teamworks and Powerpoint. Responsible for compilation, organization, and archiving notes for Swinney Huddle and Senior Council meetings.
20% - Essential - Facilities Support/Liaison: Under the direction of Football Chief of Staff, coordinate with Senior Director of Facility Management to support facility management and maintenance. Serve as liaison and provide administrative and logistical support for coordination of events at the Poe Indoor Practice facility. Serve as liaison and provide administrative and logistical support for any issues or needs at Memorial Stadium.
20% - Essential - Miscellaneous Administrative Support: Under the direction of Football Chief of Staff, coordinate with Coordinator of Name, Image, and Likeness with administration of NIL; coordinate and track daily football staff visits to Nieri Academic Center; in coordination with athletics department and university human resources staff, support administration of staff hiring, training, and evaluation. Other administrative support duties as assigned.
20% - Essential - Outreach coordination/liaisoning: Under the direction of Football Chief of Staff, coordinate visits and provide logistical support for high school, college, and professional coaches and support staff/personnel, including facility tours as needed. Support planning, organization, and logistics of annual High School Coaches Clinic, including travel arrangements and onsite needs of guest speakers; coordinate with and support NFL scouts with onsite needs. Support planning, organization, and logistics of annual NFL Pro Day.
Education -A Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years administrative experience in athletics.

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
