HokieVision's goal is to deliver personalized, significant and unexpected experiences to Virginia Tech fans whether they are in our venues, in their homes or traveling abroad. HokieVision is seeking creative, self-motivated individuals to join our team. The selected candidates will work with our In-Venue Experience and ACC Network teams to assist with HokieVision in-venue productions, ACC Network & ESPN broadcasts, web productions, in-venue content creation, training and other aspects of HokieVision.
This is a developmental position designed to springboard the candidate to a long career in the sports production industry. As such, there is a 2-year cap on the position. The Coordinator will split time between the IVX and ACCN teams and will work with the Athletics' external leadership team to plan and execute department initiatives. This position will also be HokieVision’s representative in select sports squads.
Required Qualifications
Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, or comparable software.
Experience shooting sports highlights (video content).
Previous experience with in-game live production for in-arena videoboards and/or broadcast.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work outside of typical business hours as needed.
Commitment to diversity and belonging.

Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
Experience in multiple control room positions in live production. Can include director, technical director, replay, graphics or camera.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects).
Previous experience working live linear broadcasts.
Experience working with students.
