The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Coordinator to provide support in all aspects of marketing to promote revenue generation and increased attendance while engaging the Gators’ fanbase. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing and executing marking plans for Women’s Soccer and Softball; collaborating with other departments to enhance the fan experience at Florida athletic events; and managing various game functions for assigned sport(s). This position is expected to actively engage in all Florida Football home gamedays as well as other scheduled athletic events as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
One year of experience working in an intercollegiate or professional sports marketing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Shoflo, and Click Effects
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills
Organized, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
The ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
The ability to work a non-standard work week which will include nights, weekends, holidays and possible overnight travel
Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
Two or more years of experience working in an intercollegiate or professional sports marketing environment
Working knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations
