Advancement
Responsible for coordination of grant writing activities, securing annual gifts in the $0-$25,000 range, athletic fundraising, prospect research, and special events through Advancement
1 -
Assist in coordination of identifying, researching, and developing proposals that move the institution's mission and vision forward, staying abreast of institutional priority areas.
2 -
Ability to research, write, and submit funding proposals in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to foundation and other funding entities.
3 -
Assist to Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward annual gifts from businesses and individuals in the $0-$25,000 range.

In coordination with Director of Athletics, develops annual sponsorship and fundraising goals and helps to accomplish the institution¿s athletic fundraising goals

Coordinate and promote athletic fundraising activities including various development activities to promote annual giving and major gifts for athletics.

Conducts prospect research to identify prospects for all fundraising initiatives.
7 -
Design and implement special events to support Institutional Advancement initiatives. This includes all communications, collateral, logistics, and execution.

Assist the Vice President for Institutional Advancement in all campaign activities, as needed

Performs related work as required
Educational Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field and more than 1 year of experience in related field
or 4 years of direct related experience
Other Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and pass a yearly Motor Vehicle Report review
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.
- Knowledge of philanthropic principles and gift-giving tax implications.
SKILLS
- Skill in self-motivated activities.
- Skill in multi-tasking and being strategic.
- Skill in communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
